This is an easy to follow recipe for your leftover turkey carcass. Create a delicious Turkey Bone Stock with little effort! Add a few herbs and vegetable, boil, simmer and then cool and store in your freezer for up to 6 months!

Directions:
Place turkey bones, meat, skin, juices in large stock pot.
Fill pot with water up to 1” from the top.
Add herbs, carrots, celery, onion, garlic.
Cook over high heat until boiling.
Once boiling, cover and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes.
Cover and let cool overnight or up to 2 days.
Strain over liquid measuring cup and pour into sealable bags.
Store in freezer for up to 6 months. Use whenever making soup or when a recipe calls for chicken stock. Delicious!!
