This is an easy to follow recipe for your leftover turkey carcass. Create a delicious Turkey Bone Stock with little effort! Add a few herbs and vegetable, boil, simmer and then cool and store in your freezer for up to 6 months!

Directions:

  • Place turkey bones, meat, skin, juices in large stock pot.

  • Fill pot with water up to 1” from the top.

  • Add herbs, carrots, celery, onion, garlic.

  • Cook over high heat until boiling.

  • Once boiling, cover and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes.

  • Cover and let cool overnight or up to 2 days.

  • Strain over liquid measuring cup and pour into sealable bags.

  • Store in freezer for up to 6 months. Use whenever making soup or when a recipe calls for chicken stock. Delicious!!
