      This is an easy to follow recipe for your leftover turkey carcass. Create a delicious Turkey Bone Stock with little effort! Add a few herbs and vegetable, boil, simmer and then cool and store in your freezer for up to 6 months!

Directions:
- Place turkey bones, meat, skin, juices in large stock pot. 
- Fill pot with water up to 1” from the top. 
- Add herbs, carrots, celery, onion, garlic. 
- Cook over high heat until boiling. 
- Once boiling, cover and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes. 
- Cover and let cool overnight or up to 2 days. 
- Strain over liquid measuring cup and pour into sealable bags. 
- Store in freezer for up to 6 months. Use whenever making soup or when a recipe calls for chicken stock. Delicious!!
